Has anyone ever known of a Nike glue?or tennishoe glue?

My Nike tennis shoes bottom layer always comes loose and I flop around like a seal on land. I just need a good glue to glue it back down. Other than the bottom layer, they're perfect

There is some stuff called "Shoo-Goo" that will stick it on for good. The rest of the shoe will disintegrate before the bottom comes loose again. Probably find it in any big box store.

I have used it for the same problem, it is called shoe goo and is fairly cheap...
