Has anyone ever lived on a boat and traveled around the world?

What was your experience like?

Would you do it again with the weather being bad out there, storms, and huge waves, would you recommend doing it?

What about the secureity of your boat when you left it in foreign contries, anyone try to steal it?

Pirates should be the biggest concern. stay away from the Indian Ocean, South China Sea.  carry automatic weapons.

communication devices, which won't really help.

Suggest travel the world overland. i did it back in the 70's
