Has anyone ever made Brownie Pancakes?

has anyone ever tried to make pancakes out of a store-bough brownie mix?

That sounds delicious!  I've also heard of adding an extra cup of flour to the brownie mix and preparing them like cookies! Extra chocolate chips/ nuts optional.

I've heard of using a prepared cake mix to make awesome waffles, so brownie pancakes sound do-able. I'm intrigued, for sure.

no, but i have made ordinary pancakes with cocoa powder in them- they came out like chocolate pancakes. the kids loved them- they are also good with bits of chocolate chips in them, too.

That sounds so good.  Brownie mixes are more dense than pancakes, so I think I would add some flour and leavening agent - baking powder.  Since they would be so sweet, I think I would put toasted pecans and melted butter on it.  Ohhh it sounds so good.  Gotta try this!

I made "Tiger Pancakes" for my kids...make regular pancake batter and when they are poured onto the griddle add butterscotch and chocolate chips before turning.  They loved them!
