Has anyone ever mountain biked at park city or deer valley resorts in utah? if so, any thoughts?

I live in Salt Lake City Utah so I get up to the mountains quite frequently. I would really recommend going up to lake Henry or Red Pine Lake. Both GORGEOUS trails and they provide a challenge. Any other questions, let me know!

For a less tiring but still adventurous ride, take the ski lift up with your bike and bike down the mountain.  Both resorts offer this as a one time or unlimited pass.  Check the websites for cost.
