  1. I was at Sephora's once, and I was like in a blue tank and skinny jeans, and when I asked for helped they COMPLETLY ignored me. So I just stay away from them.

  2. Yeah, I've noticed that. They seem to treat the "beautiful people" a lot nicer. One time I went in there and I was carrying my  Gucci purse and was wearing a nice skirt and top, and the ladies who worked there were like doting on me and were very polite. Then one time, I went in wearing Nike running shorts, tennis shoes, and a t-shirt, and they were obnoxious. One of the ladies came up to me and was like, "My goodness, you're very pale. You know, that's not very attractive, even in the winter. I beg of you,buy some bronzer." And she did NOT say that nicely. I don't get it at all. Plus, have you noticed that the salespeople always follow you around and ask you every 3 minutes, "How are you doing over here? Need something?" Plus, they always wear soooo much makeup.

  3. omg that's totally true! i've noticed that!

  4. Completely agreed.

the people at my sephora are extremely rude.

I barley ever go in there its so awful.

  5. I have been in Sephora only once and although it is a nice store, it is far too overpriced for my tastes.

And yes, they are a bit s****. and have weird stalker-ish habits. Several were wearing far more make-up in one afternoon than I was in a week. Scary. I may go back, I may not. I love the Philosophy Inner Grace perfume. But $35 for eyeshadow? Pfft. I'll stick with my $5 Maybelline make-up.

    EDIT:

Okay. I fail to see how that warrants a thumbs down. I work hard for my money and am not going to waste it on overpriced make-up.

  6. hey i went in there wearing pj pants and a tank top and they were all totally nice to me.

    haha

  7. dude yes.

    they're so stuck up!

they definitely judge you on your clothes and appearance.

  8. thats so true. like when i have no makeup on and my hair looks like a greaseball they don't even pay attention to me, but once i came right after a big date and they were like "can i help you??? do you need anything at all????" i guess when you work at a beauty store you are obsessed with how people look.

but your right, some of those ladies are just plain nice! it depends on the woman.

  9. yes they think the people who are more dressed up are more likely to buy their makeup
