Has anyone ever order from www.hotstrippershoes.com?

I'm from Yelm, Washington and about a month and a half ago I bought some shoes from a website called www.hotstrippershoes.com. The guy took my money which was 117.97 and won't send my shoes. He runs a business from Alabama and his name is Mr. Owens. His customer service number is 251-597-1113. He ignores my calls. Have I been ripped off, anyone else purcahsed anything from this site?
