  1. I don't understand why you would like to go out of the country for meds. IMHO, local pharmacies are much safer and prices are compatable, and most meds are covered under your insurance plan.

    Is delivery an issue? Small private pharmacies may deliver, but may also include delivery charges in the total price of the meds.
