Has anyone ever ordered from hikepro.com and not received their order.?

I paced an order with hikepro.com and have not received my order. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via email and have not received any response. I quess I'm getting what I deserve for ordering from a company with no valid phone number. If anyone has any input of a valid number for this company thanks in advance.

Yes, I also placed an order with HikePro.com on 8/19/07 and I haven't receive anything yet.  They won't answer the emails (x5) and the voice mail is full.  From the Better Business Bureau, the address & phone below:

My next move is to write them a letter & copy my attorney.

I had the same experience as you.  It gets worse...I contacted the Better Business Bureau on line and found that they had an unsatisfactory rating.  It seems they have not responded to any of the BBB's  complaint contacts.

You can get Hike Pro's phone number from the BBB on line but it won't do you any good.  The phone's answering machine is constantly full and won't take any messages.

I'd dispute the charge with your credit card company.  Please file a complaint with the BBB on line.  The more complaints the louder the warning for future customers.  Good Luck!
