Has anyone ever ordered from this website?

It's www.allweddingproducts.com. I ordered items from the WeddingStar Butterfly Wishes in Pure White collection (which has been discontinued, so I know the site does not have it in stock). I ordered the items (over $200 worth of stuff) on July 17th. They deducted the money from my Mastercard debit account on July 21st. The items are still "processing." I have called numerous times, left numerous messages (you can only leave messages), e-mailed them, etc. to cancel my order or to just get them to call me back. So far, nothing. They have ignored everything. They state all e-mails and all phone calls will be responded to within 2 business days. I have been trying to contact them since July 21st. So far, I've received horrible service from them and would definitely not use them again... but I was just wondering if anyone had bought anything from them? Anyone had problems?

  1. I'm not sure, but here is an FYI tip.  Get a credit card NOT tied into your account (i.e. NOT a MasterCard Debit, just regular MasterCard) for on line purchases.

    Unfortunately you have little recourse, the money is already gone from you account.  You can try your CC company, but since it is a debit, and you did authorize the purchase.

    And if they have gone out of business, you may be out of luck.  You can try the BBB for where they are based.

    I'd call and say you'd like to PLACE an order, bet they will call you back then!


  2. You've been trying for over a week with no response.

    It's time to call your bank and tell them what it going on.  

  3. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I did a web search and found that others have had the same problem with them, not receiving merchandise, and not receiving call backs.

    I would call your bank (not sure if a debit card is protected, but should be) ASAP, and since the company is based in Fresno, CA, call the BBB there first thing in the morning to report them, and see if they can advise you of any recourse you have.

  4. You can contact credit card company and file a complaint.  Credit card company will do investigation
