Has anyone ever purchased from scuba.com before?

Question

I bought roughly 150.00 worth of stuff from them and after I ordered they told me that all of my items were on back order and the wouldn't be shipped for 3 more weeks.. so I called them back and told them that I needed the items for an upcoming trip so they walked me through and replaced my items with items they had in stock and told me my order would be shipped. Then later that night they called me back and told me my order would not be shipped until I payed them 5 more dollars to make up for the more expensive gear they added. So here I sit and wait for the items to come.

I had no problem with them, excellent service. I did make sure that the items were in stock before I ordered though.

I bought a belt, gloves, wesuit, weights and I saw some things in there that I have already that were half the price that I paid.

Don't know how they do it!

Sorry you had a bad experience but it seems that they tried hard to remedy it.

I feel you, I ordered a TUSA Selene Wing BC from my local dive shop, and I wont get it until mid-May. I think it is becasue it is not even out yet though!

Yes, I bought a zeagle Zena BC, mares wet suit, and Henderson gloves. All came in on time and excellent service. Maybe it's a cliche or something. I ordered in Oct. so maybe they are swamped since warmer weather is among us!!
