Has anyone ever quit a job to go back to college? If so when you went to look for a new job did they look down on the fact that you quit a job to go back to college?

it's a good choice in so many ways but hard. do you have money saved for living expenses? Money is of course the biggest issue. future employers would think this was a plus-they realize the sacrifice and commitment required to make such a big move.

Yes I did. I think it depends. If you had a year or two of work experience somewhere, then decided to go back to college and focus on your studies, you could probably explain on your resume your reason for doing so.

A lot of people choose to go to college part-time while they work. Many community colleges and even universities offer online classes, its more convenient to do this while you work. That way you have money coming in. So I suggest that you check out your college and see if they offer that option.
