Has anyone ever shopped at Ortonage.com?

I'm asking because I ordered something from them at the beginning of June and still have not received my item, I have tried contacting them every day but no-one will respond, I have paid for the item through Paypal.

So I'm just wondering if I'm the only one they have treated like this.

My advise to anyone thinking of shopping there, DONT!

I have just had a look and they aren't somewhere that I have used. They look quite a large company though, I would give them a one last chance email then start to demand my money back. The only sites I use tend not to take my money till they have dispatched my goods. Sorry I can't help/advise you any more.
