Has anyone ever shopped at the floating market in curacao?

Yes, it's awesome.  I enjoyed the floating market immensely.  However if you go I suggest you wear plenty of sin screen and bug spray, because the market is outside and, like as tropical places, bugs are everywhere.  Also, double check and food you might be thinking of getting and only things that aren't at the Cost U Less.

That is where most locals buy vegetables, some fruit and even certain fish, since it tends to be cheaper and much better taste. Keep in mind, the boaters are almost always willing ti negotiate,  so you can often get what you want for even cheaper.
