i don't think any hotels do privit tours your better off gettin a tour guide that way you won't have to wait to long

never been to that Inn.

generally the only way you can get a private tour of the vatican is if you "know someone" who knows someone there personally.  you would not get to see everything but might get to see more then others.  you can talk with your priest about  him writing on your behalf or contacting someone he might know about a private auduince (usually about 50 others there too but....) with the pope but....
