Or used a company to help you gain good grades? I'm looking to gain A levels to get into unviersity. I did do them (finished last year which bad results and really want to go to university next year.

Was thinking of teaching myself with the course guidelines. I'm working full time so can't take a part time course or go back to school.

Or can anyone recommend anything?

  1. I actually took my A-levels whilst working full time.  I went to college 3 evenings a week over a year.  It was a hard slog but i managed to get the 3 B's i needed for uni and so for the sake of a year it was totally worth it.

    Best of luck!

  2. Hi - I studied English Language A-Level last year, and did it through a company called ICS www.icslearn.co.uk. They send you a study pack [but I also bought a study book myself] and you can learn at your own pace. You have assignments that you send in when you are ready and they mark them and give you feedback. It is up to you how long you take, but they offer up to 2 years to mark your assignments. I then went to a local college and took my exams [6 in all]. They even let me have a private room to take them in, which really helped.

I am pleased to say I passed with a grade B - and that was under three months from start to finish!

Hope this helps you, and good luck!
