Native Americans are not compensated for anything.  The lawsuit that you referenced is about money that has been stolen from individual Native Americans.

The government has held the lands owned by individual Native Americans in "TRUST" and has collected royalties from leasing, grazing, right of ways and oil, gas, timber revenues. The “Trust” contract  states that revenue was to be paid to the individual land owners, but it never was.

The dispute is not compensation (for atrocities), it’s about money that was stolen.

No.

The "40 acres and a mule" was a special military order aimed at certain individuals in a very limited geographic area, not a law passed by congress.  The CIC later overruled the general who issued the order.  End of story.

Native Americans, compensated...hey they have their own countries within a country call USA.  They have special rights and a place at the table.  Enough is enough..and this is from a grandchild of a Cherokee Indian.

African Americans, only compensation is to those that would be still alive and had suffered under the slavery of old.  Otherwise nothing.  (yes, I realize there are no slaves left, so the issue is mute.)

All peoples need to quite looking for a handout for things that never applied to them.  Get out and get a job, and build you own future and stop the belly aching.

Well First off, you can't sue the federal government. That's one stipulation on being a citizen. Second any President can  ask for 40 acres and a mule but Congress must vote on it. News, the Democrats actually holding all the shares of the slave market, yes you didn't know, slave shares has been passed down generation to generation and the inheritance giving to those we put in Congress. The Republican's really work for the wealthy of America. Which put Black's in a position will Black children of slaves ever get 40 acres and a mule. Well you will never get that from them. They will let Black's go before they ever do that. Letting black people go is actually destroying the mortar that hold this country together. Now since technology has changed and those shares are not worth what they use to be worth. The next plan is extermination. They just change the gun law with the anticipation that Black's will lose their mind and start going on a shoot out frenzy so they can declare the "emergency" Start the 8 hour King Alfred Plan put Black's in camps and start the process of vaporization. Thats what they want to do so Black's must hold their composure never adopt that gun idea so that Black's may thwart they diabolical plot and inherit this country like Black's supposed to.

lol at the above poster...yes i think native americans should be compensated and as for americans of african descent no i dont think they should be...we didnt take their land from them we took them from their land while their own people sold them into slavery...so if they chose to go back we should ensure they got  back to their native land...the indians on the other hand..we took their land and put them in basically prison..we owe them something..because they didnt sell each other out...we did that too them...or i guess england and all those people did.im not sure which country im from..lol
