  1. I don't know any cruise line that will allow anyone to bring pets.  Unless they are Service Animals, sight dogs, or for the handicapped.  I would love to bring my dog with me when I go on cruises, but he stays at home with his kitties.  Good Luck KG.


  2. Typically only service animals are permitted on cruises.  And even this is difficult because the dog needs to be potty pad trained or some other method that does not require a yard or grass.  

    One exception that I am aware of are the Cunard (QM2) transatlantic trips.  However, the dog must stay in their ship's kennel for the entire voyage.  I don't know that the other cruises to Europe (transatlantic trips, assuming you are traveling from America) allow pets.  

    If you mean cruises *around* Europe, then again, cruise ships do not typically allow pets.  Your best bet may be to contact a travel agent and see if s/he knows of any and can research it further.
