  1. Several large randomized double blind control trials have not shown any benefit from gingko biloba that exceedsx that of placebo.

EDIT  I love how you get a thumbs down on this site for presenting an unbiased, evidence based answer.  Sorry to spoil your delusions.  And Wiz23?...as usual...you're an ill informed idiot

  2. Physical exercise and using your brain for challenging activities is going to do much more for a person than something from a bottle.

  3. Scepdoc can recite any bias study he wants, but I've used it and it ALWAYS worked for me and hundreds of people at my stores! I think it must have been a triple blind study where those who held the study didn't look at the results.

Scepdoc : I'm an ill informed idiot? You are about to be another Doctor who I beat CONVINCINGLY in the debate whether herbs work or not! Ready? Set! GO! READ THIS!

  4. Yes, I have taken Ginkgo Biloba for the past two and a half years or so, and I noticed a huge benefit for my long-term memory, concentration, and ability to think clearly. It's really helped me at work.

I've also talked with literally hundreds of our customers that have taken it (out of several thousand that order it on a regular basis) with great results. Personally, I say if it works for so many people, why not give it a shot. Good luck!
