No, you shouldn't. It's mean. The poor cows sometimes get broken bones from the weight of their bodies when people do this.

No one really actually does this. I grew up in the country and never heard of anyone actually doing it. I'm sure it's possible but the odds of you getting kicked and injured by the cow are much greater than actually tipping it.
