Has anyone ever traveled to Cabo San Lucas?

DO they have anything for people who are wheel chair enabled? My friend and I will be going on a sea cruise soon and he is wheel chair enabled and I know in Cabo will have to tender.

Hola!  To be honest with you, disabilities are not handled the same down here as they are at home.  You will find a few things difficult.  For example, sometimes the sidewalks have a curb that is over 1 foot tall (this is for flood waters) We are starting to see wheelchair ramps at the curb now, so there are improvements.  You will find once you get off the cruiseship, you will be on your own to navigate.  Although there are not very many hills or steep areas, you might do alright on the roadways.  Getting into stores and restaurants might be difficult.I would take a few friends to assist in the movement if you can.
