Has anyone ever tried NETFLIX? Do they rent out good/new movies?

My inlaw tried Blockbuster.com and the movies to rent are old, and not a whole lot of selection. I saw Netflix advertised for $4.99/month, very reasonable...do they have good movies to rent out?

The 4.99 is only for the first month then it goes up to whatever plan you choose. The new movies are available on Tuesdays ( when they come out ) sometimes there is a wait, but its not so bad.

However right at this time they are having issues with there mailing system so it is taking longer than normal to receive the movies.. No it has not been resolved, I am still getting emails saying I am getting a movie I have already watched and returned in the mail tomorrow. And after like 2-3 months that 4.99 is raised to around 8.99 which isn't bad still it depends on how fast you watch a movie and get it mailed in to know what plan you would need

Netflix is pretty good... Depending on the plan you get it can be better. They have a pretty good selection of movies and once you mail in a movie you get your next one in about 1 or 2 day.

They have like every movie lol we used it but we stopped bc we always forgot to mail the movies back to them so we never received new ones. lol but if u can remeber to mail them back on time then its great :)

it probably says as low as 4.99 which is not a very good plan because it doesn't come with the watch instant section of the site but netflix is great and they rent any new releases that have been released. they have many different plans from 4.99 to like 48.99 depending on the amount of movies you want sent to you at any one time.

We have used Netflix for years. Never had a problem until their shipping issues this week which has been resolved and only lasted 2 days.

They have an excellent selection and have new movies as soon as their release date.They even have an instant watch selection that you can watch through your computer(most of those are a bit older with a few newer ones)

There may be a bit of a wait for a very popular movie, but you can add it to your queue and it will come as soon as it becomes available.

THe $4.99 a month plan is only for 1 movie at a time (2 movies a month max)

You can sign up for a 2 week free trial to try it out. And it really is free. If you cancel within the time period, they will not charge you anymore.

we use netflix. its pretty good actually... its fantastic not having to worry about due dates and late fees, its actually quite convenient

EDIT: and they have a HUGE selection... its great
