  1. Yes, one of my friends did.  The test said she was having a girl but just found out she is really having a boy.  I think they are more for fun.

  2. I bought it, this time around, just for fun... It said boy, and we're definitely having a girl... Don't put much stock into it: if it's 'right,' it was just coincidence. :)

  3. Don't you think if it was actually possible to determine gender by testing the mother's urine that it would be offered through your doctor?  I wouldn't waste my money on it.  You're better off having your ultrasound done around the 5th month and finding out then.

  4. i ordered 2 and they both said girl.  We are having a girl.

I didn't got out and buy pink until we had our utlrasound but it was fun to do.

Just dont read too much into it cause it can obviously be wrong.

    good luck

  5. I'm not sure if those work, but it's worth a shot =]

Just don't buy pink or blue clothes according to the test; I wouldn't put that much trust in one. I'd wait until 18 weeks + and get an ultrasound; those are very accurate.

    I think you're having a boy =]

    Congrats!

  6. I know 2 people that took them and they were both wrong.  Just wait til you have your ultrasound, and you will know for sure when he/she is born.

  7. I did the draino test (same thing you are talking about) and it did say a boy.  Ultrasound around 20 weeks said boy and yesterday (I'm 36 weeks) it said boy again and I got to see IT.  LOL.  One thing is, make sure you get your husband pours the urine on the test!  The fumes can make you faint and can harm you and the baby.

  8. I hate to say it, but it's a scam.  The research they conducted is flawed...so take it for fun but don't start buying the babies clothes just yet:)

  9. It's got a 50% chance of being right...
