do the meal plans work it says i need 1800 calories a day to loose 1.5lbs a week

btw: im 13 5'1 and 123lbs

  2. yea thats about right i suppose. just be sure to get those calories from good foods like lean protein, good fats, and lots of fruits and vegetables with plenty of exercise. drink lots of water also and unsweet tea also helps. hope this helped! -randy
