Has anyone ever used Flukers "repta-aid insectivore carnivore" emergency aid? And what was your experience?

  1. I would suggest against using it unless it is either prescribed by your vet or you absolutely know what you're doing and have dealt with other sick lizards before.

    In my opinion, it works great.  When I rescued my fat-tailed gecko from Petland, he was riddled with pinworms and wouldn't eat on his own.  He was dewormed and would not eat on his own until he had doubled his body weight (from 8 to about 20 grams).  

    It is very good for sustaining a sick animal when they are being medicated or are recovering from treatment or malnourishment.


  2. Yes, my Chinese water dragon was highly dehydrated when i got it form the pet store, so gave it the recommended dosage for a higly dehydrated lizard. After a couple of days it's health improved and it began eating more and drinking.
