  3. NO.... but if you want to lower your blood pressure, go on thes Vit. Potassium, magnesium  Citrate one once a day ,a Herb Alfalfa, start walking, no fast foods. and it wouldnt hurt to take "cayenne" but not alone

  4. No, but eating bananas definately helps. Rich in potassium, it helps regulate BP quite well, so does lowering cholesterol.

    Walk everyday for about one hour, even if you break it up, walk as much as you can.
