Has anyone ever used synthetic urine to pass a drug test?

Please dont post your smart a** comments.. I'm looking for answers for someone I know and neither of us need a second mother.

It will fail many tests, depending on how alert the lab is, and whether they test the urine to make sure it's real, and fresh,  or just test for drugs.

It doesn't have all of the constituents of the real thing, and there are quick inexpensive tests for those constituents that can be done at the collection point.
