Has anyone ever used the Tiao He Cleanse ?

What can you eat while on this? What does it cleanse?

i have (the natures sunshine brand) .

Its a good cleanse, but if you've never cleansed before it will feel really intense. Its very convenient because it comes in little packets that you just take with your meals.

I feel like it was worth the money.

Another really good cleanse you can get in the store is  natures secret cleanse.

Detoxifying and cleansing is not healthy.
