I don't know anybody who has specifically used this one but what this company tries to do is marry up the person will to take surveys with the company that is willing to pay for surveys and many of them will.  You are out some money up front which is their broker fee.  Their claim of how much you can make comes with no guarantee if you read the fine print on how they calculated your potential earnings.

"The survey income calculator is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee any income by law. It depends on several factors uncontrolled by extraincome4youropinion.com"

That means that if they can't find someone willing to pay, they can't forward that contact onto you to earn the money that they "promised".  So, bottom line, it is not a scam but is a low risk of your $19.95.  It also doesn't show up on any of the sites such as ripoffreport.com, yet...  However, there are a lot of other survey companies that do.
