I did!  Many years ago, probably during the first run of the game, I went through the drive-thru, ordered my Quarter Pounder with Cheese Value Meal and receive the game pieces.  (At that time you got one on each item in the value meal...the burger, the fries and the drink.) I was talking on the phone and eating while opening the game pieces when I saw one that was an "INSTANT WINNER" game piece.  It was worth $1,000.  Electric company if I remember correctly.  I took it right back to the restaraunt and they took my info and had me mail it in to headquarters in a special envelope they gave me.  It was cool.  Had the check in about 4 weeks.
