  1. I am a black card member at the Borgata and while I don't know exactly what they make, I know it isn't much.  

    Dealers start out at almost minimum wage, but work primarily for tips.  As they get more tenure, they move up to higher limit tables and tips get bigger.

    If that isn't for you, apply as a waitress at the Old Homestead or Seablue.  You will make MUCH more money.
