Has anyone ever worked for UHaul? I'd like to know a little about the 1-day training & WHAT IT CONSISTS?

I WORK AT A LOCATION THAT IS GOING TO START OFFERING U HAUL SERVICES. WE ARE SCHEDULED TO COMPLETE A DAY'S "TRAINING" NEXT WEEK AND i WONDERED HOW DETAILED IT WAS, IF THERE WAS A TEST OR WHATEVER....

  1. Your probably getting training to be a uhaul dealer. This means uhaul will teach you how to properly represent them as a "dealer" of its services ("trucks") you will be taught how to complete a rental transaction and how to complete reservations for trucks or trailers.  Its is simply going over the different steps on the computer that you must complete as part of a legal contract. What things mean, how to and why to sell the insurance and how to take a reservation without s******g it up. Its all pretty simple and if you dont get it you can always talk to the area feild manager who is in charge of different dealers and theyre performance. Uhaul wants you to be succesful so they are training you on how to rent stuff correctly.
