  1. Yes! I have bad knees from many years of sports...lately I have been having very sore pain in both my knees and I rally felt bad....earlier this month on a cruise I had a really tough time going up the stairs especially outside where it was a little wet from a light rain.

...I felt a little depressed about the matter.

I saw joint juice over at Walgreen's, a buy one get one free deal for about six dollars and change....I said what the heck and I bought it.

day number two I couldn't believe the difference it made, I feel 80% less pain and almost feel like I can run. I will be starting back on my treadmill soon...the stuff really works.

give it a try whats to lose 6 dollars.

....after I finish my cans of juice I am going to see if the pill works....actually the main ingrediant glucosomine (probably spelling it wrong) should be sold in tablet form somewhere, Ill find it.

best of luck and God Bless.

  2. I've tried many forms of the glucosamine/chondroitin duo...They all work, but when I did try the joint juice, I found it to be pretty refreshing, especially when I was thirsty.  I drank it in place of my orange juice.  They come in different flavors and they all taste pretty good.

It probably takes about 30 days for your body to fully feel the benefit of the supplements.  I take the pills now and haven't had any knee pain on my right limb which was always my problem limb since I was a child.

One thing you should remember is that everybody makes the mistake of thinking the supplements don't work and stop taking them.  But sure enough, the aches come right back after being off it for less than a week.  My mother and I made the same mistake and swore to never stop taking the supplements..

My mother is 60  years old now and still does the jive and other types of ballroom dancing.  She's awesome.  She didn't start taking lessons until she was about 55 years old.  She started taking the supplements when she was 54 and decided she wanted to take dance lessons.  She's in better shape now at 60 than when she was at 50..
