  1. My cat Brodie loves walks, never would take him camping though, too scared coyotes would get him...

Brodie just picked it up, my other ones will just lay down and let you drag them heh heh... I don't suggest doing that though...

  2. my mum bought her cat a little harness and a lead... she tried it but he just laid down hahahahahahhaha

it was well cute :D:D:D little fluff haha

i dont hink you can do it... you can try, cos ur cats are different, but they might not like it x

  3. It depends on the cat. One of mine is very social and accepts the harness and the leash to go to the car to go for a ride (he likes this also). Most won't cooperate. You just have to try it. Let the cat check the leash and harness out first, though.

  4. i have tried with all my cats, and it has never worked. if you try and it doesn't work, it probably never will. like people before me mentioned, you probably need to train them as a kitten.

  5. i just trained my cat to leash because we are moving soon and it will be an 18 hr ride for her and she will want to stretch. she took right to it, she has no problems putting the harness on or walking on the leash. i think it depends on the temperment of your cat. try just putting the harness on first and let the cat get used to it, then try the leash. (ps my cat is declawed so she really can;t object much) i did not have it done, she came that way

  6. I have tried that with my cat, and I have the scars to prove it! I don't think it can work, but if it did it would probably have to be started when they are kittens.

  7. I started one of mine on the leash very young, and one when she was old, and the old one just laid down and the young one went in the garden and got tangled in the branches, then laid down. lol  Not successful in either case.

We took our cat camping once when I was very young.  He was attacked by raccoons and had to get surgery.  Would never ever do that again.

  8. must do that when a kitten...

other wise you get the dead kitty imitation...

    don't take them camping....
