I too like SEO Elite and am very impressed with the work that has gone into the program.  The only downside to the software is that it does have a little bit of a learning curve if you're unfamiliar with SEO.  But Brad offer's a great guide that goes with the program as well if you're willing to learn.

SEO Elite is an excellent program. It will help you make sure your site is created properly, help you get links etc.

I have not really seen any negatives with the product plus they give free updates.
