Has anyone experience pain in the right hemisphere of the brain?

It is like a uncomfortable pain that comes and goes, I took aspirin and it didn't take it away . The pain is from the right eye to the back of the right hemisphere of the brain. should I be concern? It started last night and have last all night and all day today.

Have your Dr. check for this.  They will have to do a MRI of the brain stem. Chiari Malformation

Your brain doesn't have pain receptors, so the pain is in/on your head, not your brain. It's possibly a muscle spasm (on skull or in blood vessels). If it doesn't go away, check with your doctor.
