Has anyone experienced any pain or discomfort after taking nail polish off your fingernails? Why?

  1. The evaporation of the nail polish remover can make your nails cold to the point of being uncomfortable.  It would also burn and sting if she had any tiny cuts around her cuticles.

    if you have cuts anywhere around your fingers and the remover gets in them it will burn.

    if you have thin nails and you press very hard when you take the polish off it might hurt as well.

  3. A lot of people are allergic to the chemicals in nail polish, try finding a natural nail polish remover instead of the grade u get at local merchandise stores.Also the fumes from remover can have severe effects on the body to if inhaled for a long period of time
