Has anyone experienced discrimination based on age, s*x, and race in Florida schools?

Question

I have experienced discrimination based on age in hiring practices in some school districts in Florida. If you had similar experience (any form of discrimination), please let me know what kind and where. I am about ready to go public.

I can only comment on the Okaloosa County Schools and from my perspective, I haven't blatantly seen any violations of discrimination, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.  The schools here must be somewhat careful as there are major military bases with a huge population of school age students and the military parents lobby pretty heavily.  No issues here, happy to say.
