  1. Yes,it is normal. All of the build up then, it's over fast.It will wear off, so don't be overly concerned.

  2. No way! I got married 2 weeks ago, and I am really happy that the wedding is done-because it all went perfectly. It was the best day I've had in my whole life so far.

I was actually happy because I got my free time back: I can get back to painting and reading for fun. It was a wonderful season in my life, but there's plenty of new things to do.

If you are feeling a little blue, maybe take up scrapbooking: that will prolong the wedding stuff a little longer as you commemorate the day with the pages of keepsakes.

  3. I'm not married yet but I just read a book by Jenny Lee called I Do, I Did, Now What? It's HILARIOUS. I really reccommend it if you want a good laugh.

  4. Yes.  My wife is going through them now.

  5. I know quite a few people do, but I haven't.  Both my husband and I were so stressed planning the wedding, that we're just happy its over and that we now live together.  It's barely been a week and it's all slowly starting to sink in that we're finally married.

  6. Yes. Its common, after the wedding you feel like , " Now what?". You spend a year or so waiting for this wedding & planning it and a few hours & its done. I know how you feel, but eventually it will pass.

  7. i did though it was not very serious. I just kind of wondered what do I do now that everything is over. What are my plans for the next step of my new life?
