At any point in time during a telephone conversation, my audio drops and I can hear the other party saying "hello...hello...are you there?" The audio only on my end drops for anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds. I tried their bandwidth saver and then I was on the phone with India for 3 hours a few nights ago. Neither tech 1 or tech 2 could figure out the problem. Both had me go through the same tests.
My broadband service is working fine. Vonage has shipped a new device but I have not received it yet. However, I don't have positive feelings that will solve the problem. If anyone has experienced this, please let me know what the root of the problem was. Thanks.
