Has anyone flown Eva Air or Air India? What was it like? Was it on time ? How was the food?

I don't know much about Air India but I have have flown on Eva Air and I thought the service was very good. The food was kinda bland but what airline food isn't. I have flown EVA Airlines from Los Angeles to Hong Kong with a stopover in Taipei, Taiwan.  The flight was really good and the service was excellent.  The flight was on-time because at LAX, international flights almost always have to leave on-time since another airline will need the gate space.  Food was okay.  They served on my flight rice porridge with shrimp as a snack.  I forgot what the actual meal was since it was over 10 years ago since I last flown them.  It was interesting because EVA served a full meal on our flight from Taiwan to Hong Kong when the flight was only 90 minutes long.

Haven't flown Air India, but I am sure they are okay.
