Question:

Has anyone (from the UK) been on the tower of terror at Disney World?

There is a ride called the tower of terror at one of the Disney World's parks, near Orlando Florida.I got information from my brother who went on the ride,that one rides in an elevator 130 feet up, then your car free falls over that verticle distance.

Yes it is awesome. You go througout the scenery in your little cart thing, you cant really tell that you are going up so it suprises you that you're up all the way and wooosh, the doors open and you drop, then up and down some more. It is very thrilling!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunatley i havent been on it :(

But my best mate has! lol she absolutely loved it!

She said that it makes your stomach go funny, [like detonator at thorpe park] and gives you a massive thrill feeling lol

Hey

Yes I went on it for the first time in August and I'm from the U.K!

It was absolutely fabulous.

The Tower itself is actually 199 feet high. It is based on the movie the Tower of Terror and has it's characters inside it. You enter the twiglight zone at the top of the tower. Inside is filled with stars and glow in the dark objects like clocks floating around. You move forward and sideways until you meet the characters, who say goodbye as you plummet 13 floors downwards and come springing back up a few times until the ride ends.

It's really good and really should not be missed!

I went on it in 2005 after much hype, but I have to say I was quite disappointed with it, it wasnt one of my favourite rides.
