I don't know what a Babymoon is but I got married during my last pregnancy when I was 16 weeks.  So I had a Honeymoon while I was pregnant.  We live in Florida so we went to Disney for 2 days.  We just walked around Epcot and I had a really good time.  During this pregnancy I'd to take a trip to St Augustine, FL and visit a shrine to Our Lady of the milk  and good labor.  (nuestra senora de la leche y buen pardo)

We do! We recently got back from our first anniversary trip to Cancun! We went there for our honey moon and vowed to try to go back each year. Our last time there, they gave us four free days to use by next June. My DH and I are planning to go back this November. I will be about 18 weeks along and can't wait!!

**Whoa I just read everyone's comment! Geez, rude people. I think if you have the money and flexibility in your scheduled, then by all means travel...have fun before the baby! Its nice to know that you have one more baby free trip and then you get to look forward to all the trips in the future with your little one!

PLEASE pardon my negativity on this one.  

That sounds like a GREAT way to waste money you should be spending on the kid.  Kids ALWAYS cost more than parents budget for, plus there are the long term goals... summer camp, private school, college, car...  

Everyone budgets differently, but to me, even with the understanding that a baby takes away one on one time with your spouse... this seems like a terrible waste.  I wouldn't want "one last hurrah" before the baby came, that's a negitive way to look at things...  I've NEVER heard of this, but it doesn't surprize me, there's a new way to blow cash EVERY day.
