Has anyone gone to the rincon beach resort?

Does any one know anything about the rincon beach resort, from personal experience?

How mauch are taxis to the casino the next town over?

Will there be alot of people from the states staying there?

Do people go to rincon on spring break?

We stay in the hotel 3 times, last time like 4 months ago.

The Hotel is in the town of Añasco close to Rincon and Mayaguez. I really like the hotel. The rooms are good especially the ones in the first floor that open directly to the garden or terraces. The pool is large(long) with a pool bar and very close to the beach. In terms of the food is not especial and is expensive. Check the package that includes dinners and breakfast. The gazebo near the pool serves hot dogs, hamburgers and sandwiches and is a good option for the day in the sun.

If you are planing to travel the area my recommendation is to rent a car. With the car you can go to the Rincon beach, the casinos in Mayaguez, the Holiday In (very close to Añasco) and the Mayaguez Resort and Casino, the shopping center and the fast food. Stop in the route to Rincon on one of the restaurants and "kioskos" to eat "empanadillas de chapín, langosta or camarones"..mmmm I'm hungry!

The Hotel can be full on the Spring Break (the "Semana Santa") and yes many people from the states love the Rincon area.
