  1. It is illegal to photocopy a copyrighted magazine pattern and all of Alan Dart's patterns are copyrighted internationally.  Simply Knitting has been known to provide popular patterns individually (his gnome pattern was so popular it was made available this way) on request for a small price.  I have been buying Simply Knitting at Barnes and Noble outlets in the US for some time now.  It is quite expensive to subscribe to it for US knitters, though.  You might check with a local B&N because that mouse is in Alan Dart's recent book of animal and small doll patterns that I got there a few months ago, in the periodicals as a matter of fact.

  2. the oen with the top hat  he so cute  i well see if i can find online sense i don't get that book where i live   look like they don't  put the patter on the site but  they could tell you how they can send you a copy of that book on the site

( here what she needs if anyone as it )

Edit :Don't miss issue 41 if you want to knit Alan Dart's stunning mouse circus – this issue contains the all-important basic mouse pattern which won't be reprinted next issue.

For the pattern, click at the top of the pag where it says "Mouse-along pattern here".

And, here's one from Lion Brand, made with their "fun fur":
