i have been a gymnastics for a while and can do some moves (e.g. round off, cartwheel, walkovers) but i cant think of any routine ideas, can you help?

Picture the floor as a star. Go to every point of the star to get the full effect. If you create it in the beat of a song, it can flow well, even if you don't play music when you preform it. It always looks better if you start off slowly on the floor, and bend back somewhat (back roll works) and speed up later in the routine. Make sure to also add some ballet.
