Has anyone got any ideas for a sweet 16 party ?

I will probably invite about 15- 20 mates (mixture of boys and girls) I want to try and do something different but i'm a bit stuck for ideas !!

have a rubiks cube party... all come dressedup in different bright colours... and u all have to swap clothes n see who can be the one wearing all the same colour first... sounds like a laugh to me.

For food if so if u want cookies just to say there are some really good German gingerbread cookies go to google and type in german gingerbread and find the recipe

just make sure there is no parents and plenty of alcohol. search google for drinking games and play them when you have all had a few.

my friend had a sweet 16 where she rented out the local college's ballroom and basically held a prom. she invited the whole school and then some. it was amazeringf.

As you nearing adulthood how about returning to child mode and having an old fashioned fancy dress birthday party (prince/princesses or heros/villains themes) with games - pass the parcel, musical bumps, pin tail on donkey etc  and jelly ice cream, cakes, sweets etc. You can put a teenage twist on the music. Most of all have fun and enjoy your day!

have a pink and black party semi formal party.  guys wear black and girls pink.  the b-day girls must find a special dress to outshine the others.  They sell pink and black tablecloths napkins and plates cups forks, streamers. etc at the dollar stores

or have a beach party theme. shorts and swimsuits, limbo, beach decorations.

maybe you can have your birthday party at your home, just call catering service from 88db, choose the food that you like, and make a theme for your birthday party, like maybe the 60's theme, and ask your friends to dress like in the 60's to your birthday party...have fun and happy birthday

Depending on wen ur b'day is and how cool ur parents are ...go away in the summer for a holiday with a few mates and celbrate there lool
