I'm getting a female german shepherd puppy and i still cant think of a name that i really like... any suggestions please?!?!

she is very loving, long haired, mostly dark in colour, with some ginger/blonde on her paws and belly! she is very cute!

Well i think you should always name them on personality. So maybe wait until you've had her a couple of days then you'll just suddenly find one that suits her.

I have husky named Prince because he's a beautiful dog and he likes to get his own way, he's almost one and a 13 year old Border collie named Charlie (she's female) because she's very loyal and gentle.

I think German Shepard's need strong names. They're gorgeous dogs, what about

Spritz, Sasha, Tia, Ally, or maybe a foreign name.

Shadow, Spirit, Tilly, Ruby, Sapphire, Chloe, Storm.

you need a good "hard" name for a dog. Something, short, easy to hear for the dog. One syllable is alwasy good. Bro in laws dog is female long haired german sheppard called Caz. Lovely dog, just to vicious. Was never trained properly! Was bought as a watch dog.

Hi, i have had lots of dogs and have three at the moment - in my experiance the best names are those ending in er, or as the dog hears these easier therefore making them more obeadiant. We have a ***** called Molly and she was the hardest to train - try and steer clear of the sound 'ee' on the end of their name.
