  1. Is this what you meant to say? :

I live in the Midlands and want a puppy. Please let me know the breed and, if possible, a picture. Thanks

No reputable breeder is going to sell you a puppy if they think you are either 8 or a half-wit.

  2. http://www.gomestic.com/Pets/Selection-a...

read the link its all about where to look and how to buy a puppy

the only thing more dangerous than buying a puppy on line -

is selling a puppy on line

check your local animal shelter RSPCA...

  3. Like someone else has said- getting a new animal, especially a dog, requires alot of thought and you can't just come onto yahoo and expect to find the perfect dog.

If you're in the midlands, there is probably a Dogs Trust shelter close by. Try this site: http://www.dogstrust.org.uk/

There are loads of dogs on there waiting to be rehomed. Do the best thing and adopt one from there, they only charge about £75 but it will be worth it and I am sure you won't regret it. You could even rehome a special needs dog, plus they do have two lots of puppies there, they did the last time I looked any way! Good luck.

  4. Hi, There are thousands of homeless dogs in animal shelters all over britain, Why get a puppy thats really hard to train and soon turns into a big dog ( a big destructive dog if an unexperianced dog owner)  Puppies are cute but they dont stay pups for long so many people get rid of them when they grow out of the cute stage, your probably thinking i wont i will love him forever, and you might but will you love him when he is chewing all your shoes and pooping all over your house? Seriously a well trained dog from a shelter is a far better option, Everyone wants puppies so why not give a home to a unwanted abandoned well trained dog who will be so greatfull of all your love and atention, you can choose the size and temprament, mabe get a small trained dog from a shelter they have puppy looks even when they are grown Please think carefully, Do the right thing, katie. ( ps you might be saving there life some sanctuarys still put dogs down when they get over run)

  5. You can't just get puppies like this, you are helping a huge puppy trade where the b*****s are treated appealingly, being served when they are only pups themselves.

Go to a dog re-homing centre, if they don't have what you want then take a look at advertised pups and make sure you can see their conditions before taking them, and also check out both the mum and the dad to make sure you are getting healthy dogs.

    Good luck.
