Has anyone got rid of their cellulite?

has anyone actually mannaged to reduce it extremely or get rid of it completely? if so , what did you do? please only answer if you have actually had cellulite and reduced/eliminated it, thanks

  1. ok  super secret recipe but I'll share it with you....

    Coffee Scrubs

    Caffeine is good for reducing the look of cellulite.  Take some coffee grounds (not used and not decaf) put in coffee cup with a couple teaspoons of water.  You want the mixture damp, not soupy.  Heat in microwave for about 30 seconds and apply scrub to cellulite area.  Spread newspaper on the ground for easy cleanup.  Cover area with grounds on it in plastic wrap for about 15 minutes.  For instance, wrap it around your leg.  Get in shower and wash off.  Two or three times a week will make a difference.

  3. YES!  But it was NOT fun.

    Weight training 3x per week.

    Running or cycling 3x per week.

    Reduced and almost completely cut out all white flour, sugar, alcohol and fat.

    Kept a food journal.

    It was the Body for Life program and it worked.  I went from totally cottage cheese thighs to tight and toned.  But I haven't been able to keep it up.  The workouts and food are too strict.

    So, yeah, you can get rid of it, but it's really hard.

  5. there is no way to eliminate cellulite.

    if you want to lessen it's appearance, dry loofa your skin every day in circular motions. this will remove the dead skin cells (and help with ingrown hairs too) and increase circulation thereby helping it seem less cottage cheese-ish. Next, you'll want moisturize you skin well. I like to apply baby oil to my skin after towelling off from my shower. let it absorb for a minute then dab it off and apply your regular lotion. this will give your skin more elasticity. Lastly, drink plenty of water, eat healthy and exercise.  

  6. I bought several cellulite creams from the drug store , and I got one but i dont remember what its called ... but I asked the pharmasist which one would be the best and they told me . So maybe you should do that , and also remember to eat healthy and drink lots of water and excersise ... it helps :)

  7. Work out!!!!  

    That is what gets rid of cellulite completely.  There are some creams you can get from the drug stores, but they just help reduce the appearence, to get rid of cellulite, drink LOTS of water and go work out.  If you have it on your thys and buttock, do leg presses, and thy work outs.  I got rid of mine completely in about 2 months work out.  (I used no creams either)
