Has anyone had a bad experience in/at an American Hotel????

If so please explain while answering the question. I'm doing a survey for a project at school and I'm writing an expose` on bad service in hotels. It's suppose to be showing how hotels advertise things that are not exactly as hyped up as they seem to be. For example, watered down coffee, bad cleaning, left behind trash, nastiness, etc. So if anyone who reads this question has an experience to tell, please feel free to leave an answer and please don't forget to let me know which hotel it was.....thanx

well on the tyra show they had a special where they dont even wash your dishes with soap they use the gloves that they cleaned the toilet w/ or used a solution that said do not drink on the bottle was sprayed directly into the glass and wasnt even rinsed!

Most of my problems were with other guests. Kids running through the halls and slamming doors. Guys drinking and stumbling through the halls and yelling obsenities. Usually when they advertise free continental breakfast ... it us mostly the other guests who ruin it .. with the kids taking all the pastries or other things back to their room and usually as much as they can carry in their greedy little hands. I do not blame the kids or the hotel ... it's the lazy parents. You know who you are.
